Delete My Data - Kitili Data Deletion Request

Your Data is Already in Your Control

Because Kitili stores all your data in YOUR Google Drive (not on our servers), you already have complete control over your data deletion.

You can delete your data at any time without contacting us. However, if you want us to delete any analytics data we may have collected through Sentry, please follow the instructions below.

Delete Your Data Yourself (Recommended)

You can delete your Kitili data immediately using one of these methods:

Uninstall the App

Simply uninstalling Kitili will remove all local data from your device. Your Google Drive data will remain until you delete it.

Go to your device Settings > Apps > Kitili
Tap "Uninstall"
To also delete the Google Drive data, continue to Method 2

Delete Google Drive Data

Remove all Kitili data from your Google Drive:

Open Google Drive on web or mobile
Navigate to the "Kitili" app folder
Select and delete the folder
Empty your Google Drive trash to permanently delete

Revoke App Access

Remove Kitili's permission to access your Google Drive:

Go to your Google Account settings
Navigate to Security > Third-party apps with account access
Find "Kitili" and click "Remove Access"
This will prevent Kitili from accessing your Drive data

If you want us to delete any crash reports or analytics data we collected through Sentry, please contact us:

Any additional information that can help us identify your data

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your data or request deletion:

Shopping lists and items (stored in your Google Drive - you control deletion)
Fuel log entries (stored in your Google Drive - you control deletion)
Google account information (email, name, profile picture) - automatically removed when you revoke access
Anonymous crash reports and analytics data (stored by Sentry - deleted upon request within 30 days)
Any local data stored on your device (deleted when you uninstall the app)

Deletion Timeline

Data in your Google Drive: Deleted immediately when you remove it. Analytics data: Deleted within 30 days of your request. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
